Carolina's helps raise money for Delray Library
Jeff Perlman, former mayor and celebrity chef, left, with former Commissioner Alberta McCarthy and Commissioner Fred Fetzer.
The Delray Beach Public Library, located at 100 West Atlantic Avenue, recently held an evening entitled “Dine Out For A Cause” at Carolina’s Coal Fired Pizza & Pasta in Delray Beach.
More than 200 people came out to support the Delray Beach Public Library and to greet volunteer celebrity chef and former Mayor Jeff Perlman. The evening was filled with good food, good wine, good cheer and good friends.
Carolina’s Coal Fired Pizza & Pasta agreed to give 10 percent of the total revenue from the evening, to the library. “We will unveil the next restaurant location for the July “Dine Out For A Cause “as well as our new Celebrity Chef shortly and we hope the community will continue to support this worthwhile evening out for the Library during the summer months,” said Alan Kornblau, Library Director.
