Apple Users Group to offer diagnostic and repair clinics

WEST PALM BEACH —The Palm Beach Phoenix Apple User Group, Corp. (PB Phoenix) is now offering a “Mac Clinic” which is open to the public on the second Saturday of each month.  The Clinic, which is a part of the group’s monthly meeting, offers a free diagnostic for Apple computers. If the malfunctioning Apple device can be repaired there, the user pays for parts and makes a small tax-deductible donation (on average about $20) to the group.

The group not only diagnoses and often repairs the dysfunctional Mac on the spot, they also provide ongoing support to keep the Apple user’s equipment functioning at its best.

The PB Phoenix offers special discounted prices for parts through associated supporting vendors. They install memory or a new Hard Drive into a Desktop or Laptop computer, repair a broken glass on an iPhone, and exchange a battery in an iPod. They also upgrade operating systems, streamline applications to help bring users’ Apple equipment to peak performance, and more.
The PB Phoenix meets on the second Saturday of each month from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Fire Station #2, 4301 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.  For more information, send an e-mail to Technical@PBPhoenix.org or call (561) 901-7810 or visit their Website at www.PBPhoenix.org.
