PeterMark raises money to fight breast cancer

DELRAY BEACH — PeterMark Salon of Delray Beach has donated $1 per haircut during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The salon has raised $260.00 in support of the Go Pink Challenge, a community based fundraising initiative that supports technological, programmatic, educational and research needs of the Institute for Women’s Health & Wellness/Center for Breast Care at Boca Raton Community Hospital.

“Everyone has been touched in some way by breast cancer; a family member, a friend, perhaps a co-worker. My partner Mark’s (Hasche-DeRosa) mother is a survivor, so donating to Go Pink makes perfect sense!” says salon co-owner Peter Hasche-DeRosa “It was our pleasure to give back to help support the Go Pink Challenge”
